Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese (regular, light or spread)
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 oz. toasted, slivered almonds
  • milk (as necessary)

Directions

    Bring cream cheese and Cheddar cheese to room temperature. Combine all ingredients except almonds, using the milk sparingly, if at all.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Form into a ball.

    Wrap and chill. Roll in almonds before serving with hearty wheat crackers.
