  • 2 oz. Blue cheese
  • 8 oz. Old English cheese
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1/4 c. parsley flakes

Directions

    All cheeses should be at room temperature.

    Mix all except 1/2 pecans and parsley.

    Form into a ball and roll in remaining pecans and parsley.

    Let set in refrigerator over 6 hours.
