Ingredients

  • 1 jar Country Kettle sharp cheese
  • 1/4 lb. Blue cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. very finely chopped pecans
  • 1 c. parsley flakes

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except pecans and parsley in a bowl.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Chill about 1 hour until firm enough to work with. Shape into ball (or 2 small balls) and roll in pecans and parsley.
