  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Directions

    Combine cheeses and mix well.

    Add remaining ingredients except the nuts.

    Shape into a ball and roll in nuts.

    When ball is evenly coated with nuts, chill about 1 hour.

    Serve with your choice of crackers.
