Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can chopped kraut, drained
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. chopped sweet pepper (green, yellow, red or mixture)
- 2 oz. jar chopped pimento
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
Directions

1Mix the first 6 ingredients together.

2Mix the sugar, vinegar and salad oil together and pour over first mixture.

3Mix well and place in tightly covered bowl and chill in refrigerator at least 12 hours.

4Will keep for about 2 weeks in refrigerator.

5Great accompaniment with meat dishes or dried beans.
