  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
