Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. chopped pickle
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 1/3 c. chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. chopped red pepper
  • 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix pickle, onion, celery, peppers and 1 cup cheddar cheese in bowl.

    In separate mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth. Add relish mixture to cream cheese, mix well.

    Place mixture onto plate.

    Cover with Saran Wrap and press into a ball shape.

    Press remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese onto top of cream cheese mixture. Serve with crackers or breads.
