- 8 oz. or 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. finely chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 c. well-drained, chopped pimento (optional)
- 2 dashes Worcestershire
Directions

1With cheeses at room temperature, mix all ingredients thoroughly and then form ball.
