  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. or 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 c. well-drained, chopped pimento (optional)
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire

Directions

    With cheeses at room temperature, mix all ingredients thoroughly and then form ball.

    Chill 45 minutes.

    Roll in finely chopped nuts.

    For well-blended flavors, refrigerate 24 hours.
