- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 8 oz. pkg. sour cream
- 12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Beat cream cheese and sour cream just until mixed well.

2Stir in Cheddar cheese, then remainder of ingredients (except pecans). Place in refrigerator 30 minutes.

3Spread pecans on waxed paper. With wet hands, shape two cheese balls.

4Roll in nuts. Refrigerate until used. Can be frozen.
