  • 14 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. Blue cheese
  • Tabasco sauce, garlic and Worcestershire sauce according to your taste
  • 1/2 c. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. parsley flakes

Directions

    When cheeses are soft enough to shape, mix with remaining ingredients except parsley.

    Form into ball.

    Roll in parsley flakes and/or chopped nuts.

    Serve with crackers.

    Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
