- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 bunch green onions
- 3 oz. chipped beef, dry
- 1 tsp. accent
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Chop green onions using half of green tops.

2Cut beef fine or chop fine.

3Soften cream cheese and add onions, beef and accent. Put small amount of pecans in and keep the rest to roll cheese ball in.

4Mix thoroughly; then roll ball in remaining nuts. Refrigerate.

5Will make 2 small balls or 1 large ball.
