- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small jar diced pimentos
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- chopped pecans
Directions

1Soften cream cheese to room temperature.

2Add all other ingredients except pecans. Mix well with hands.

3Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape into ball and roll in pecans.

4Keep in refrigerator until serving time.
