- 2 pkg. beef, in slender slices
- 1 Tbsp. minced onions
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- pecans
Directions

1Leave cream cheese at room temperature 5 or 6 hours.

2Use food processor.

3Blend beef. Put cheese, onions and both salts in and blend well. Chill for 4 or 5 hours. Roll into 2 balls. Roll in chopped pecans.
