- 1 1/2 c. rice (raw)
- 1/2 c. green onion tops
- 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Saute in small amount of oil in skillet the onion tops, peppers, water chestnuts and raw rice.

2Stir, cooking about 3 minutes.

3Mix onion soup mix with 1 1/2 cups water.

4Pour into casserole dish.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.

6Side dish to meat.

7May add brown ground meat for a main dish.

8So good either way.
