  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 6 oz. Blue cheese
  • 6 oz. softened process Cheddar
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. crushed pecans
  • 1/2 c. dry parsley

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients with 1/2 cup pecans and 1/4 cup parsley.

    Refrigerate for 1 hour after forming a ball.

    Then add rest of pecans and parsley and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
