Ingredients

  • 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
  • 1 dash garlic salt
  • 3 to 5 dashes celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. finely grated onion
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • chopped nuts, parsley or dried beef for garnish

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except nuts, parsley or dried beef.

    Form into one large ball or two small balls and roll in nuts, parsley or dried beef.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Serve at room temperature with crackers.
