- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. finely processed onions
- 2 Tbsp. finely processed bell peppers
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper or 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Combine softened cheeses and blend well.

2Add onions, bell peppers and seasonings.

3Mix well and chill 1 hour or until firm. Shape into balls.
