  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. finely processed onions
  • 2 Tbsp. finely processed bell peppers
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper or 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

    Combine softened cheeses and blend well.

    Add onions, bell peppers and seasonings.

    Mix well and chill 1 hour or until firm. Shape into balls.

    Roll in finely chopped pecans or walnuts.
