  • 1 (10 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (reconstituted natural strength)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 dash Texas Pete
  • 1 dash salt
