Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. pimentos
  • 1 tsp. Texas hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped fine
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Blend well the cream cheese and Cheddar cheese.

    Stir in remaining ingredients, except pecans.

    Chill 2 hours.

    Divide cheese in half and shape in 2 balls.

    Roll in pecans.

    Serve with crackers.
