- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. pimento, mashed
- 1 Tbsp. onion
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of red pepper
- crushed pecans
- parsley flakes
Directions

1Shred Cheddar cheese and mix with cream cheese in large mixing bowl.

2Cover and let stand for 2 hours.

3After cheese has set, mix all together and roll into balls.

4Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll balls in crushed pecans.

5Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
