Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 pkg. smoked beef or ham

Directions

    Soften cream cheese and mix with chives, garlic salt and Accent. Chop beef in blender. Add about 1/3 of the beef to cream cheese and mix well.

    Sprinkle the remainder of the beef on wax paper.

    Form cheese into ball and roll in remaining beef.
