- 4 to 5 oz. crumbled Bleu cheese
- finely diced onions and celery
- pimento for color

2Roll into balls and then roll in finely chopped walnuts. Chill.

3Make approximately 3 to 4 days before using and chill. Flavors better if it sits a few days.

4Don't wrap in plastic as walnuts will become soggy. Use aluminum foil.
