- 4 cubes (1/2 lb.) Blue cheese (little less)
- 2 large pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
- dash of garlic powder or garlic salt
- chopped walnuts
- chopped parsley
Directions

1Add all ingredients, except chopped walnuts and parsley; mix well.

2Shape into 2 balls (or 3 small balls).

3Roll in mixture of chopped walnuts and parsley.
