  • 1 cup Raw Sunflower Seed Kernels
  • 1 cup Raw Peanuts
  • 2 dashes Sea Salt
  • 1/2 cups Raisins

    Preheat oven to 350 F. Place seeds and nuts on a cookie sheet in a thin layer and bake at 350 F for about 5-10 minutes.

    Dont roast them too long because you will lose some of the health benefits.

    Remove from oven.

    Sprinkle seeds with sea salt and let them cool.

    Place them and the raisins in an airtight container.
