- 3/4 c. Crisco
- 4 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- cayenne pepper (dash)
Directions

1Grate cheese; cream and add Crisco.

2Mix well; add dry ingredients to flour and mix by sifting well.

3Roll dough very thin; cut in small biscuits.

4Bake slowly to a light brown, or until done, not too brown, 325° for 25 minutes.

5It makes about 125 biscuits.
