- 1 c. biscuit mix
- 1/3 c. shredded cheese
- about 1/3 c. milk
Directions

1Add shredded cheese to mix and stir.

2Add enough milk to make a soft dough.

3Turn out on a lightly floured board and roll 1/2-inch thick.

4Cut with a biscuit cutter or use a knife to cut in squares.

5Place on a baking sheet and bake at 425° about 12 to 14 minutes.

6Makes 6 biscuits.
