  • 1 c. biscuit mix
  • 1/3 c. shredded cheese
  • about 1/3 c. milk

Directions

    Add shredded cheese to mix and stir.

    Add enough milk to make a soft dough.

    Turn out on a lightly floured board and roll 1/2-inch thick.

    Cut with a biscuit cutter or use a knife to cut in squares.

    Place on a baking sheet and bake at 425° about 12 to 14 minutes.

    Makes 6 biscuits.
