  • 4 c. Pioneer biscuit mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. ginger ale
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • melted margarine

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients.

    When mixed well enough to work with, add cheese.

    Knead this and put on floured board.

    Roll out and cut biscuits.

    I melt some margarine in my pan and see that top and bottom of biscuits have margarine on them.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until brown.
