- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (2 c.)
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 lb. margarine (2 sticks at room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper or Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Combine flour, cheese, pepper and margarine.

2Mix well. Shape small balls and press out with fork. Bake on ungreased baking pan at 325° for 20 minutes.

3Can chill overnight and slice if you like.
