- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together; cover and put in refrigerator until chilled.

2Remove from refrigerator and roll into 1 inch balls.

3Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

4Press down each ball with a fork.

5Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
