- 1 c. ice water
- 1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
- 4 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine biscuit mix, water and cheese.

3Stir well with a fork to blend. Divide dough in half.

4On a lightly floured smooth surface, form each half into balls. With a rolling pin, roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.

5Cut out rounds with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.

6Bake on an ungreased baking sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.
