- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 2/3 c. (2.6 oz.) finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

2Turn dough out onto a well-floured surface and knead 15 to 20 times.

3Pat dough to 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter.

4Bake at 450° on lightly greased baking sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.

5Makes 1/2 dozen.
