- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 or 2 loaves white bread
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk until creamy. Trim crusts from bread and roll with rolling pin until thin. Spread with filling and roll in crescent roll shape.

2Melt butter. Dip blintz in butter and roll or sprinkle in mixture of 1 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.

3Add more cinnamon and sugar as needed.

4Bake 350° for 15 minutes.
