  • 1 loaf garlic bread
  • 2 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. Ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 large pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Soften cream cheese in a bowl or microwave for 1 minute. Add Ranch salad dressing mix to cream cheese and mix thoroughly. Split garlic bread loaf in half. Spread cream cheese mixture onto bread. Dice green pepper, onion and tomatoes and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture on bread. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
