- 7 to 8 c. plain flour
- ___ c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. water
- ___ c. milk
- 3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- melted margarine
Directions

1Mix 2 to 3 cups flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast; combine milk and water, heat lukewarm, stir into dry ingredients.

2Beat 2 minutes.

3Add cheese and 1/2 cup flour.

4Turn out on floured board, knead smooth, 8 to 10 minutes.

5Put in greased bowl and let rise double, covered.

6Punch down.

7Rest 15 minutes.

8Divide in half and roll 14 x 9-inches and roll like jelly roll.

9Place seam down, let rise double.

10Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until done.

11Brush with melted butter.
