  • 1 Tbsp. shortening
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 lb. wedge Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. lukewarm water
  • about 4 c. flour
