  • 3 1/2 to 4 c. bread flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. active dry yeast
  • 1 c. very warm water (120~ to 130~)
  • squeeze Parkay margarine
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Casino brand natural Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. (2 oz.) Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast; mix well.

    Gradually add water and 2 tablespoons of margarine; mix until soft dough forms.

    Combine Swiss and Parmesan cheeses; reserve 1/4 cup.

    Add remaining cheese mixture, egg and 1 cup flour to dough; mix well.
