- 1 1/2 lb. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1/4 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 c. cream
Directions

1Cut cheese into pieces and place in large mixing bowl; beat 1 minute.

2Add eggs and egg yolk and mix well.

3Add sugar and mix well.

4Add flour and salt; mix well.

5Add vanilla and cream and beat until smooth.

6Place into prepared crust; bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 250° and bake for 45 to 65 minutes or until cake is slightly browned, has risen and is cooked on top. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate overnight.
