Vinegar Based BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 sticks butter
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) vinegar
  • crushed red pepper, to taste
  • cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 1 chicken

Directions

    Melt butter, vinegar, and peppers together - DO NOT BOIL.

    Cook chicken on grill or in oven.

    When done pull off skin and remove from bone.
  4. 4
    Chop up like you would pork BBQ.

    Mix everything together.
