- 1/4 cup (60 ml) vinegar
- crushed red pepper, to taste
- cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1 chicken
Directions

1Melt butter, vinegar, and peppers together - DO NOT BOIL.

2Cook chicken on grill or in oven.

3When done pull off skin and remove from bone.

4Chop up like you would pork BBQ.
