- 1 lb. small curd cream-style cottage cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Grease 1 (9-inch) spring-form pan.

2Dust with graham cracker crumbs.

3Sieve cottage cheese into large mixing bowl.

4Add cream cheese; beat with high speed of electric mixer until well blended. Beating at high speed, blend in sugar and then eggs.

5Reduce speed to low; add cornstarch, lemon juice and vanilla.

6Beat until blended.

7Add melted oleo and sour cream.

8Blend well on low speed.
