Ingredients
- 2 lb. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten (added one at a time)
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 1/4 lb. margarine, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cream the cream cheese in mixer and add sugar.

3Slowly add eggs and beat well.

4Stir in lemon juice, vanilla, flour and cornstarch.

5Add margarine and fold in sour cream.

6Pour into the spring-form pan and bake 1 hour.

7Turn off oven and leave in oven for 3 hours.

8Take the spring-form pan from around the cake and refrigerate.

9I wrap mine in Saran Wrap to keep it fresh.

10Pour into a greased 9 x 4-inch spring-form pan.
