  • 1 lb. cottage cheese, creamed smooth
  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 lb. melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • graham cracker crust

Directions

    Place graham cracker crust in a 10-inch spring-form pan.

    Mix all other ingredients until mixture is smooth.

    Pour into pan. Bake in 325° oven for one hour.

    Turn oven off and leave the cheese cake in the oven for two more hours.

    Do not open oven. This is absolutely delicious!
