- 1 lb. cottage cheese, creamed smooth
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 lb. melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 pt. sour cream
- graham cracker crust
Directions

1Place graham cracker crust in a 10-inch spring-form pan.

2Mix all other ingredients until mixture is smooth.

3Pour into pan. Bake in 325° oven for one hour.

4Turn oven off and leave the cheese cake in the oven for two more hours.

5Do not open oven. This is absolutely delicious!
