  • 1 loaf round rye bread
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped, frozen spinach (cook, drain and chopped more)
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable soup mix or Lipton spring vegetable
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Mix ingredients in blender.

    Hollow out center of bread.
  3. 3
    Tear bread from center into bite-sized pieces and place around outside of loaf.
