  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1 can pie filling for topping
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Beat together egg, sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and lemon extracts.

    Set aside.

    Press graham cracker crumb mixture into 9 or 10-inch pie plate.

    Pour cream cheese mixture into graham cracker crust and bake at 325° for approximately 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

    Cool and pour your favorite pie filling on top.
