  • 1/4 lb. butter, softened
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix 1 egg, butter and cake mix.

    Press into long cake pan.

    On top of cake pour powdered sugar, cream cheese and 2 eggs (cream all three with mixer and pour on top of cake).

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake is done.
