- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 cup white vinegar 5%% acidity
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pickling spice
- 1 garlic clove peeled
- onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 eggs doz medium-sized hard-cooked, peeled
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except eggs. Heat mixture to near boiling and simmer for 5 minutes. Place hard-cooked eggs in a quart jar. Pour hot mixture over eggs. Cover and refrigerate to season. Allow 2 to 8 weeks for eggs to season.

2Drain before serving. Store in refrigerator.
