  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 5 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 large eggs, unbeaten
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream

Directions

    Soften cream cheese in a large bowl; beat until fluffy.

    Mix sugar, flour, salt and vanilla.

    Add eggs and egg yolks, one at a time.

    Stir in cream.

    Pour into 10-inch spring-form pan and bake at 500° for 12 minutes. Don't open oven. Reduce temperature to 200° and bake for 1 hour.

    (Mine always takes 1 1/2 hours.)
