Ingredients

  • 4 (8 oz.) whipped cream cheese or 4 regular cream cheese, softened and beaten smooth
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/4 lb. stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 eggs

Directions

    Whip all ingredients except eggs until creamy.

    Add one egg at a time, beating after each addition.

    Grease 10-inch spring pan. Pour batter in.

    Fill large roasting pan 1/2 full with very hot water.

    Place spring pan in center of roasting pan.

    Bake in oven at 375° for one hour.

    Let cool in oven with door open until water cools down.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Remove spring pan.

    Do not remove spring pan until after refrigeration.
