  • 1 box lemon jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk, chilled
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix jello and hot water together.

    Chill until jello mounds from a spoon.

    Cream together sugar and cheese.

    Whip the evaporated milk and add vanilla to milk.

    Combine all together in mixing bowl and pour into chilled graham cracker crust.
