- 1 lb. cream cheese (2 large)
- 7/8 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. lemon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pkg. graham crackers (1/3 box)
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Mix in graham crackers and spread on bottom of spring-form type pan.

3Separate egg whites and yolks.

4Beat egg whites until stiff.

5Set aside.

6Beat egg yolks until they begin to thicken.

7Add sugar and beat well.

8Add sour cream, cream cheese, lemon and vanilla.

9Beat until completely mixed.

10Fold in egg whites.

11Pour in spring-form pan and bake at 300° for 1 hour.

12Turn off oven but leave cake in for another hour.

13Remove from oven and let it sit out for another hour.

14Refrigerate for a couple of hours before eating.
