- 14 cups Unflavored Popped Popcorn (scant 2/3 Cups Unpopped Kernels)
- 1 cup Honey Roasted Peanuts
- 1/2 cups Dried Cranberries
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Light Corn Syrup
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.

2Place the popped popcorn, peanuts, and cranberries in two large roasting pans.

3In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, corn syrup, salt, and butter over medium heat.

4As the butter starts to melt, stir to mix completely.

5When the mixture begins to boil, stir constantly for five minutes.

6Remove from heat and mix in the baking soda and vanilla extract.

7Pour the caramel over the popcorn and stir a couple of times (not all of the popcorn will be coated).

8Bake for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

9Turn the popcorn out onto parchment paper, break apart, and allow to cool.
